The Access Control panel remains the authority for letting members through the door. Its sole purpose is to manage the door, even when the internet is down. So, it must match what is in the software exactly.

Because Doorguard 24 Access logs reflect what the access panel does, it also shows when members are denied access.
This is not shown in the gym software because there is no authorised attendance to report, and we can only report attendances.

Hardware Platforms
Here is a summary of the hardware platforms we currently work with and some information on each.
We currently integrate with three Inner Range Products
The Inception panel is a web-based integrated access control and security panel. It does not require a server or extra licenses to allow high level integration to and lends itself to the latest technology and features.
The Inception can be accessed by mobile phone using Inner Range Sky Command. This allows control of doors, security areas or lighting control if configured. Jump top the Sky Command website below for more information.
The Integriti system is designed to run a whole city and as such provides all the power you will ever need for a fitness centre. It requires a dedicated server to provide connection to the actual hardware and may require additional licenses to allow direct updating of user details and collection of access events for reporting back to the front-end software.
Concept 3/4000
The Concept system was designed to run whole buildings or groups of buildings and as such provides all the power you will ever need for a fitness centre. Support for this platform has been discontinued by the manufacturer, but we do understand they are still in the field and still working just fine. It requires a dedicated server to provide connection to the actual hardware and does require additional licenses to allow direct updating of user details and collection of access events for reporting back to the front-end software. If you do not already have those licenses, you will need to upgrade to the integriti.
The Paxton system is purely access control. We integrate to the computer that operates the data for the Paxton which in turn updates the permissions. We have successfully integrated with more than a dozen of these systems.
We can integrate with other platforms providing they have an API of some kind. We are keen to increase our presence in this space so please contact us for further information if you have something different.
