About the Director
Founded by Steve Utting, InnerTelligence is built on more than 30 years of security and access control expertise. Steve began his career as a Sergeant in the Royal Australian Air Force before moving into electronic security, technical training, and commercial system design. He later helped develop Inner Range’s global training program and went on to co-found Innertelligence, creating the first 24/7 gym access control system adopted by Jetts Fitness—now a model used across Australia and New Zealand. Today, Steve leads the development of next-generation access technology, including Doorguard24 and the DG mobile pass platform, which uniquely connects multiple access control brands with multiple gym software systems. His career blends defence-grade training, deep technical knowledge, and industry-shaping innovation to drive more secure, flexible, and intelligent access solutions.
